If we can't decrease your IT service and support bills, you aren't charged for the entire month of service. This guarantee is good for the entirety of the service contract. To signup for a service contract with the "Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee" you need to send us the last 6 months of IT related invoices from your previous vendor, which we will average and set the "Guaranteed Price" per month.
