If we can't decrease your IT service and support bills, you aren't charged for the entire month of service. This guarantee is good for the entirety of the service contract. To signup for a service contract with the "Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee" you need to send us the last 6 months of IT related invoices from your previous vendor, which we will average and set the "Guaranteed Price" per month. If we ever go over the "Guaranteed Price" you will not be billed for the entire month. Exclusions: Hardware, software, upgrades, licensing and parts.
